Delete inside the app
- Open SeeMeEat and sign into the account you want to delete.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account & data.
- Read the billing reminder and confirm deletion.
This removes the suite account and associated SeeMeEat cloud entitlement, quota, and request records. SeeMeEat also clears its journal—including manual, barcode, and label entries—Meal Memory, calorie/macro/water/weight goals, hydration and weight histories, scan state, cached meal and label captures, reminder preferences, and pending or delivered meal reminders from that device. Some narrow billing, security, or legal records may be retained only for the period required by law or legitimate fraud and dispute handling.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@seemeeat.app from the address on your SeeMeEat account with the subject SeeMeEat account deletion. We will verify account control before deletion and respond with the outcome.
Cancel billing separately
Account deletion does not cancel an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account to prevent future renewal. You keep any consumer rights provided by your store and local law.
What happens to meal photos
SeeMeEat does not save original meal photos in its backend after an analysis request. OpenAI provider retention may continue for the limited period described in the Privacy Policy, even after the SeeMeEat account is deleted.
Nutrition-label photos are read on device and are removed from SeeMeEat’s temporary capture cache as part of deletion.
